Refund Policy

All online purchases are guaranteed with a full money-back refund for a 30 day period from the day of your purchase. 

If the product you received is faulty, or we've sent the wrong item to you, we will give you back your money, or you can choose to receive the correct item back from us.

If you purchased the wrong size, you have nothing to worry about, we'll exchange it for you as soon as we can!


Refund process.

To start the refund process, please send us an email with the following information:

   Your name.

   Your Order number.

   The issue (faulty product, wrong size).

   What you'd like (exchange or refund).

Please note that you have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the return request form. After 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange your item, or be eligible for a refund.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

All refunds will be carried out through the original payment method only. You will receive the credited amount within a certain amount of days, depending on the payment method issuer policies.
