In this Delivery Policy, everytime we mention "You", we will be referring to any visitor who may access, browse and/or use our Website and Services. When we mention “we”, “us” and/or “our” we will be referring to Mode Industry which belongs to and is operated by Liera Limited.
This Delivery Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Mode Industry available on our Website.
Section 1: Delivery Cost.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the purchase price of any of the items, which is clearly displayed in the checkout page.
Section 2: Delivery Address.
You must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address before shipment has taken place, as we cannot guarantee that the order destination may be changed after purchase process has gone through.
You are exclusively responsible for any errors in the delivery, due to lack of information or error in the delivery address provided by you while placing the order.
Section 3: Delivery Processing Time.
We aim to ship orders within one (1) to five (5) working days following the confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping time may take longer due to high seasons-sales, unexpected events or unavailability of products.

The time-frames are estimates and commence from the order’s shipment date. Days exclude public holidays and are in a business days format.
The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive the confirmation email.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. Nevertheless, delays are sometimes unavoidable. Please feel free to contact our customer service department if you have not received your order within the displayed delivery time.
Section 4: Delivery guarantee
Mode Industry assures each order´s delivery during the time this is in transit until it is delivered to you.
In case, the delivery fails and you do not receive the order during the estimated time of delivery shown on your confirmation email, you must immediately contact customer service and submit a delivery claim. In case there is no proof of your signature of receipt, you may either request a refund (conditions as provided in our Return Policy shall apply), or a replacement of the item in a period of 3 days following the delivery claim. Should you choose the replacement option, you shall agree to a new delivery date as provided by Mode Industry.
